Responsibilities: Manage back-end integration projects through to completion rapidly and accurately. Put strong engineering and programming skills to work by participating in the design and implementation of scalable applications that demonstrate high levels of quality and performance. Responsible for managing project scope and articulating tradeoffs in technology choices to the customer and other constituents during each phase of the project. Organize and synthesize information from multiple sources, interfacing with client's technology team and business users to develop applications in accordance with the company's strategic direction.  Additional responsibilities include:

• Develop winning proposals

• Create technical application notes and white papers

• Provide technical pre-sales support

• Create and review network designs

Requirements: Ability to communicate features and functionality internally across departments and “sell” others on your ideas. Must also be detail oriented and possess a high level of commitment and maturity. Understanding of how the technical components “fit” a comprehensive solution. Well-versed in different computer languages and applications with the ability to program in different technical environments. Experience in the roll-out and maintenance phases of a project lifecycle. Design and deployment knowledge of multiple technologies and applications. Create and anticipate different options for solving problems when faced with product and technology constraints. Experience in estimating, designing and implementing n-tier architectures. Proven technical leadership capabilities in a multidisciplinary environment. Candidates must have worked through the full lifecycle of a project in a consulting environment. Ability to travel up to 25%. Additional requirements include:

• Knowledge of Tcl/Tk, python (any other scripting languages), C, C++, Java

• Knowledge of the DSP architectures & Performance evaluation.

• Knowledge of standards, protocols, and architectures.

• A minimum of three to five years related work experience

• Must have strong technical knowledge in the field of telecommunications ranging from Internet, data, voice and video applications

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office and related PC applications

• Motivated to work in a fast pace, multi-cultured environment

• BSEE or related engineering discipline is highly desired
