|
| Ahmad Malkawi is
President and CEO of AIM Wireless, a company he founded in 1998 to deliver wireless communications
solutions that solve even the most challenging network problems. Mr. Malkawi's vision and dedication
have been instrumental in establishing AIM Wireless as a global provider of comprehensive interference
management software and high-quality RF engineering services. Prior to joining AIM Wireless, Mr.
Malkawi managed the design and optimization of wireless networks for companies such as AT&T
Wireless, Lucent Technologies, Sprint PCS and Crown Castle International. Mr. Malkawi received his
bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Mankato State University. He also currently holds
two patents in the wireless industry. |

Mohammad Malkawi |

| As CTO, Dr.
Mohammad Malkawi oversees all of the research and development of The AIM Wireless Family of
Interference Management Solutions™. In early 2000, Dr. Malkawi received a patent for the technology
developed to rapidly analyze intermodulation and various other types of interference. Prior to joining
AIM Wireless, Dr. Malkawi was with Motorola where he led the development of computer and switch
architecture. In addition to the senior engineering positions held by Dr. Malkawi throughout his
career, he has also taught electrical engineering and computer science at the University of Wisconsin.
Dr. Malkawi has a Ph.D. in computer engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. |

| Asif Naseem, Member of

| Dr. Asif
Naseem joined GoAhead in February 2004 as Senior Vice President, and Chief Technology Officer. He is
responsible for GoAhead product strategy, product development, and leading technology decisions. Dr.
Naseem has over 18 years of experience in the computer and communications industry. He has served as
the General Manager and Director, ICSD, EMEA of Motorola, Inc. where he established and ran a new
mobile applications business. As director of engineering at AT&T/NCR, he was responsible for
developing the LifeKeeper family of products, which was subsequently spun out to SteelEye Technology
Inc. Most recently he was Vice President, Business Operations at Iospan Wireless, a broadband wireless
company that was acquired by Intel and L3. Dr. Naseem started his career with AT&T Bell
Laboratories where he held a variety of technical and management positions. He has served on the
Advisory Boards of multiple startup companies. He has an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in
Computer Engineering from Michigan State University. |

| Kimberly Fishburn |

| Kimberly Fishburn is Director
of Marketing at AIM Wireless. Ms. Fishburn is responsible for leading the strategic marketing
direction, including the expansion and awareness of The AIM Wireless Family of Interference Management
Solutions on a global scale. Throughout her career at AIM Wireless, Ms. Fishburn has had a direct
impact on the company's growth and success by serving in a variety of marketing positions. Ms.
Fishburn has close to ten years of experience in marketing high-technology solutions to the enterprise
customer and has produced award-winning marketing communications materials. Ms. Fishburn holds an MBA
from Washington State University and is an active member of the American Marketing Association. |
